The following terms and conditions (the "Service Fees Agreement") only apply to individuals or companies who have registered as users through the online registration process on www.digitalcopyright.hk and agreed to host Content (as defined below) under the ¡§iResource Centre¡¨ channel of http://www.iresource.hk (the "Site") for content distribution ("Content Owners").
Where individuals are using the Site for and on behalf of and/or as an agent on behalf of, their employer (the ¡§Employer¡¨) and/or a third party (the ¡§Principal¡¨), then this Service Fees Agreement applies to such Employers and Principals.
"Content" shall be defined as things that one may see, read, hear, download or access on or via the Site including but not limited to messages, files, data, software, images, photographs, illustrations, text and other materials.
This Service Fee Agreement should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of the Site (the "Main Agreement") which contains other rights and obligations applicable to Content Owners.
Note: This service is currently only available for users living in Hong Kong with a valid local bank account and local correspondence address.
1) www.digitalcopyright.hk
a) Registration Fee
Content owners must be registered on www.digitalcopyright.hk in order to upload, store and protect the content. First time register users will be provided with 120 tokens worth HK$120 to trial the content upload service.
Payment should be made by credit card through the Site.
b) Content Upload and Encryption Charges
Content Upload for encryption and storage will be based on the following charges
